It has been decided that rapper Gucci Mane will be freed from prison next week after serving only seven out of his original 12 month sentence.

Gucci Mane, or Radric Davis, was put away in November of 2009 after he violated his probation from a 2005 assault conviction.

Mr. Mane may be freely walking the streets again come next Wednesday, although he’ll still have legal hell to pay regarding two concert no-shows that have resulted in separate lawsuits.

If we didn’t get enough of the fist-pumping shenanigans of the crew of “Jersey Shore,” with the first season of the MTV show, we will soon have a whole “Jersey Shore” soundtrack to pump our own fists to.

The first single from the soundtrack is a collaboration between Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull called “I Like It,” which will be available on iTunes May 25.

This year’s Ozzfest lineup was announced last Friday, and Ozzy Ozbourne will be headlining along with Motley Crue. The two bands have not toured together since 1984 when Motley Crue had their breakthrough appearance as one of Ozzy’s opening acts on a major U.S. tour.

Ozzfest took a break last year, but are coming back this summer with select dates throughout the U.S.
