Phil Sieb has been banging it out on percussion since the age of nine, and despite choosing a career in filmmaking, has consistently found himself returning to his roots. Having just come off of a four-year independent television series based out of Grand Rapids, MI, one of Sieb’s biggest jobs was finding talented local acts to infuse into the show. This led him to develop a keen sense when it came to sniffing out those who may not be fixated solely in the spotlight, but at least deserve some part of it. From being music tutor and a drumline instructor, all the way to pursuing the best music you’ve never heard of for TV, Phil is now excited to continue getting sucked into the music scene and bring to your ears the best that Detroit has to offer.
